My First Microteaching Experience in B.Ed

My first microteaching session during my B.Ed course was a memorable and enriching experience. The topic I handled was Physical Changes from Chemistry of changes.I took the skill of explanaining. As I started the class, I gradually became more confident.
I introduced the concept with simply asking questions with 'What happens when ice is kept inside and outside the freezer?'.I also used questioning and interaction to keep the class engaged. The students responded well, and this gave me encouragement to continue teaching with enthusiasm.
First difficulty is showing an experiment, teacher lights a candle. But it's difficult to light due to wind and the match box is little bit of cold. Also paper pieces joining show as an example, make some difficulty to students.
This microteaching session helped me realize the importance of proper planning, clear explanation, and student involvement. My teacher give reteach, for my better.
