Five Days Induction Programme
The five day induction programme was a valuable experience that helped me the real functioning of a school ,the duties of teachers and the learning environment of students.I went to teach at Chadayamangalam MGHSS School.
Day 1 :
We explored the school campus, visited key facilities like the labs and library, and interacted with teachers and coordinators to understand the school’s structure and activities.
Day 2 :
We handled multiple free periods, interacted with students through simple activities and exercises, and improved classroom management and communication skills.
Day 3 :
I taught Class VIII C about Electrostatic Electricity using a balloon demonstration, which increased student interest and boosted my teaching confidence.
Day 4 :
I taught Class VIII B about Acids, Bases, and Salts with simple examples and litmus demonstrations. Students actively participated, helping me balance explanation and activities.
Day 5 :
I observed Physics and Chemistry classes and assisted teachers with duties like serving meals and program arrangements, learning about broader teacher responsibilities.
